I’ve picked the size and color I want, but I don’t see it on the website any more.
The Blanket America website only allows you to order items that are in stock. Items that are no longer visible are out of stock or discontinued.
The exception to this rule is pre-order items. Offering items on pre-order allows us to offer you a wider range of choices. Read more about pre-orders in the blog.
Help! My order is not going through. It keeps asking me to go back and check over everything.
There are a number of things that could be wrong. Check over your order for the following:
- Correct credit card number
- Name matches the name on the credit card (middle initial, if included, as well as full surname)
- Correct CCV number (found on the back of your credit card)
- Billing address matches what’s on file. Double-check this, especially if you have recently moved or send bills to a different, permanent address.
- Correct zip code for billing or shipping address. If you are unsure, try plugging the address into a search engine to discover the correct zip code.
I looked at my bank statement and my card was charged multiple times, even though the website said my order didn’t go through.
Orders that are not processed completely will show up as incomplete transactions in the system; your credit card will not be charged. Sometimes failed/incomplete transactions will show up on your credit card statement, but will eventually be cleared. Most credit card providers will clear incomplete charges in a few business days.
